Growing up in the small town of Sheldon, Texas, Frank was raised on a foundation of hard-work, honor and self discipline. Early in his life, Frank took a job in commercial drywalling, sparking a passion to learn and grow within the construction industry. His passion for professional growth combined with a deep desire to push himself to be the best he could be, lead Frank to increasingly complex and challenging projects. In 2005 Frank took a position at a general contracting firm, further expanding his knowledge of commercial construction. Today, Frank applies the same foundations of his youth and 26 years of experience to reinforce RISE's commitment to excellence.

Frank enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his wife Mechile, and their three children; Blake, Mason & Katelynn.
