Mike Sims

Mike, a native of Montgomery, TX, began his construction journey as a teenager, working after school and during summers to learn the fundamentals of building. This hands-on experience served as a foundation for a career spanning over twenty-five years in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Mike has built and managed the construction of fitness centers, retail and restaurant spaces, multi-story Class A office buildings, and medical facilities. He believes that each project presents a unique opportunity to learn something new and carry that knowledge into the next endeavor. His work ethic and dedication to clients, the company, and its vendors embody the values of RISE Collective LLC, making him an integral part of its success.

When not managing large-scale commercial projects, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Christy and their four children.
