Rickey Delahoussaye

After leaving the United States Air Force in 1992, Charles "Rickey" Delahoussaye embarked on a career search, ultimately discovering his passion for construction. He earned a degree in CAD Drafting and assumed the role of Vice President of Construction at a small general contracting firm. With 29 years of experience and certifications in Building Inspections, Design, Construction Management, and Contractor Licensing across 15 states, Rickey now applies his wealth of knowledge to oversee and manage construction projects exceeding $1.6 billion. His leadership at RISE Collective aims to foster a culture of performance and collaboration within the organization.

When he's not in the office, the field, or the gym, you can find Rickey at home with his wife Wendy and their six children.
